Hatfield McCoy Feud Sites Narrated Tours 2013
Live narrated tour of key sites in the Hatfield McCoy Feud. Sites include the Hog Trial site, first meeting place of Johnse Hatfield and Roseanna McCoy, Ranel McCoy's home place, Paw Paw Massacre site, Historic Matewan and more.
Tickets may be refunded ONLY if notification is recieved 7 days in advance of tour date.
Narration may be performed by Bill Richardson or Adam Warren.
Bill:
Our local Feud historian, Bill is an award-winning filmmaker, an author and artist. He has appeared on American Pickers, Diggers, How the States Got Their Shapes, the documentaries America’s Greatest Feud: The Hatfields and McCoys and Feud: The Hatfields and McCoys plus the feature film Matewan by John Sayles.
Adam:
Adam grew up living on the site of the "McCoy cabin" and heard tale of the Hatfields & McCoys all his life. An energetic entrepreneur, Adam recently started a tour company, Hatfield & McCoy Guided Tours, which has blossomed into a profitable and growing business. Adam has spent countless hours researching the history and back story of the infamous Hatfield - McCoy Feud. You will not be disappointed with his enthusiasm and passion for sharing the story.
Festival Tours will depart from the Sycamore Inn (and the end of 2nd Avenue in Williamson) and take approximately 3 hours to complete.
